Ive had it sitting in my cupboard for a while, forgot about it. But last night i brewed it in my pot. Maybe i brewed a bit too much. I drunk two cups.. It knocked me for 6, in a good way. I went into a dream like state initially. I then became very drowsy very quickly, my eyes felt heavy. Then i had probably the best night sleep I've had in years, didn't wake up once. I've taken them unnatural nastys like valium before, and it was on par with that in terms of its sedative effects, without the side effects. Felt fresh as a daisy in the morning. Very impressed. IIII
