Ceremonial  Cacao in my opinion is one of the best tasting things I have ever come across! It really nourishes your body and gives that feeling of completeness.

we now have the option of offering you 2 types of ceremonial grade cacao;

Venezuelan

Peruvian

But why is it so good?

It is one of the highest sources of antioxidants - more than blueberries and green tea! Anti oxidants are also known to be great for the skin and hair too.

It is really rich in magnesium, having a magnesium intake is an easy, natural way to help reduce tiredness and fatigue. An inportant mineral for a healthy heart.

Anti Depressant due to the extra release of serotonin ( natural antidepressant and anti stress regulator)  and dopamine (hormone and neurotransmitter that aids in mental concentration and focus) it is a mood lifter.

Essential Fats as cacao is rich in cacao butter which is an essential omega - 6 fatty acid.

You can't help but feel good due to the anandamide. Cacao is the only food that contains small amounts of it! Anandamide translates to bliss in the Indian Sanskrit language and is therefore regarded as the Bliss Molecule.

It can strengthen and builds a healthy heart. Being a vasodilator, it lowers blood pressure.

'Sexy' chocolate! As arginine is known as an aphrodisiac amino acid dilates the blood vessels and increases the blood flow that canincrease sexual arousal and heightens skin and tissue sensitivity.

Packed full of protein. Cacao contains 23% of natural protein, great for vegans and vegetarians who may not be getting enough protein in their diet. Cacao is also a source of potassium and magnesium with a single serving providing 15% and 26% Nutrient Reference Value respectively.

Cacao is packed full with essential vitamins and minerals, Magnesium, Iron, Zinc, POtassium, Copper and Chromium.

'Food of the Gods', otherwise known as Theobroma. There is virtually no caffeine in cacao, theobroma stimulates the cardiovascular system and do not 'charge up' the nervous system like coffee does. It is a potent diurectic and aids the detoxification process, hence why it is important to drink water alongside and after having cacao.

**Warning - Cacao is fatal to dogs, also parrots, horses and cats. Please do keep it away from them.
