Coconut Palm Sugar - Coconut sugar is one of the healthiest natural sweeteners, it’s rich in flavour with a hint of caramel sweetness and resembles brown sugar. Not only that but it has a low glycemic index so is much better for you than conventional refined sugars.
 
Avoid dairy as Cows milk is said to block intestinal assimilation of flavonoids. We have found that Almond milk works best at creating a beautiful thick drink.
 
For the best results we suggest you mix 2 dessert spoons per person into some plant based milk or water (almond or oat is best) and mix into a paste. Heat some milk, add in the paste and heat through - do not boil.
 
Pour into your favourite mug (you won't need a large mug) sit back, light a candle, put on some incense, take a deep breath and enjoy the goodness.
