Shilajit is also known as rock juice, mountain sweat, mountain blood, mountain oil, asphaltum, vegetable asphalt, mumiyo, mumijo, mineral pitch, mineral wax, and fulvic acid minerals.
It is a black, sticky, tar like substance found at an altitude of up to 5000m in numerous countries such as China, Nepal, Pakistan, and Tibet. It is created as a result of plant matter being broken down by micro organisms.

When using water with Shilajit, please only use re-mineralised distilled water, spring water or properly filtered water.
